There are fixtures all week.
It is the 30th WNBA season. There are 15 teams involved this year, up from 13. The reigning champions are the Las Vegas Aces, who have been crowned champions in three of the last four years. The regular season will end on Sept 27.

Hockey/NHL
In this year’s Stanley Cup, the Carolina Hurricanes beat the Vegas Golden Knights 4-2 in the best-of-seven series. It was Carolina’s second Stanley Cup win, and their first since 2006.
Pre-season for the 2026-27 season will begin on September 19th. The season will start on September 29th. The regular season will conclude on Sat 10 April.
Some NHL games will take place in Finland and Germany in November and December.
