17:11 1m7f 120y Bar 1 Betting Rated Novice Steeplechase
LUKER’S TIPPLE has got his act together of late over hurdles and is a very interesting runner over the larger obstacles for the first time. He had 19 starts before he got off the mark at Downpatrick, where he won by 31 lengths and then followed that up with a tidy victory at Sligo last time, seeing off Manoir De Mirande.
His back form was solid over hurdles too when he was 10th in the Hallgarten And Novum Wines Juvenile Handicap Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival in 2025, and he could be the type to progress now he has his head in front.

17:46 2m5f 180y Beginners Chase
A former P2P winner, FRANKIE’S FREEBIE looks a solid type to make a winning start over regulation fences in race two on the card. Eight starts without success so far over hurdles but has been placed five times and one standout piece of form is a third to Zanoosh at Punchestown in December 2025.
He has finished second four times in total so that deserved success may not be too far away. In a race that lacks real strength in depth, he could have enough class and ability to come home in front.

18:18 2m Maiden Hurdle
The booking of Danny Mullins aboard ROSARION for trainer Josh Halley could be the key to this race. This filly caught the eye behind Kasper Hauser last time out and could step forward here.
She will get the four-year-old fillies allowance here and carries 10-6. She started her career with a run in an academy hurdle and that education, along with the run the last time, could see her in contention once again.

18.48 2m Handicap Hurdle
The application of the blinkers for the first time for CHURCHWARDEN last time worked the oracle in the Tramore Derby, and connections will be hoping they work to similar effect this time around. It was a very impressive ten-length success and a repeat of that form back over obstacles should be more than enough to see him come home in front.
He won over hurdles at Kilbeggan back in 2024 off 107 and is only a pound higher here off a mark of 108. Following victory last time, Henry De Bromhead was quoted as saying, “The (first-time) blinkers had the desired effect and he is a lovely horse who also jumps well.”

19:18 2m4½f Novice Hurdle
It could be a quick double for owners Pimlico Racing and trainer Henry De Bromhead as LUREKA DU NOYER holds solid credentials to get back into the winners’ enclosure. Formerly trained by Daniela Mele in France, he was an impressive winner on Irish debut at Limerick before disappointing behind Manoir De Mirande on his second start.
He has been given a little over three weeks to get over that, and track, trip and ground should be ideal. The Knockeen stable won this race in 2024 with Rosalys and look to have a strong candidate for victory in 2026.

19:48 2m. 4f. 100yds. Handicap Hurdle
A very competitive penultimate race on the card but local yards do well at Tramore, and the yard of Noel Dooly could hold the key to this race with their runner THE DUCKS WALK. A P2P winner at Ballinaboola back in February 2025, he caught the eye on handicap debut at Kilbeggan last time, finishing fourth to John Ryan’s Love Like This.
That run was over 3m, so dropping back in trip may not be ideal, but he is lightly raced and with improvement to come you could see him finishing in the frame with some luck in running.

20:18 2m. Flat Maiden
Lady riders race to end the card, and you always have to take a look and see what Jody Townend has been booked to ride. She will take the mount for Tony Mullins aboard PAUL’S DREAM, and that looks eye-catching to say the least.
A mare who has hit top form of late over hurdles in the hands of Danny Mullins at Ballinrobe, and then Harry Cobden was aboard when she won at Kilbeggan. She ran a cracker at Galway, when finishing third to Fiveonefive, and a bad mistake at the last didn’t help there either. Two miles on a sharp track like Tramore should be right up her street.
