Quarter-Final Match Betting and Predictions:

Thursday Feb 8th

(Prices correct as of 3pm on Feb 5th)

(7:15pm) 9/4 Nathan Aspinall v Michael van Gerwen 3/10 (Prediction – Michael van Gerwen, Having lost out in a thrilling final of last weekend’s Masters to an above average performance from Stephen Bunting, Michael van Gerwen is a confident choice to beat Nathan Aspinall, who was on the wrong end of a 11-1 result to Bunting in the semi-finals of the aforementioned Masters tournament.) Correct Score Prediction – 2-6

(8pm) 21/20 Michael Smith v Gerwyn Price 15/20 (Prediction – Gerwyn Price, This is a repeat of last week’s PL final, which Michael Smith won 6-2. Gezzy Price withdrew from last weekend’s Masters due to family reasons and for that reason alone, it’s a repeat win for Michael Smith for me in this match.) Correct Score Prediction – 6-4

(8:45pm) 2/5 Luke Littler v Rob Cross 19/10 (Prediction – Luke Littler, Luke Littler was a convincing winner over Rob Cross at the World Championships and there has not been enough evidence since to persuade me to see anything other than another win for the Nuke.) Correct Score Prediction – 6-3

(9:30pm) 1/7 Luke Humphries v Peter Wright 9/2 (Prediction – Luke Humphries, The form of Luke Humphries since becoming World Champion has not been as good, however, the form of Peter Wright has been significantly worse, therefore it’s a comprehensive victory for Cool Hand Luke Humphries in this particular quarter-final.) Correct Score Prediction – 6-2

Outright Betting:

Luke Humphries 11/4 – Luke Littler 3/1 – Michael van Gerwen 3/1 – Gerwyn Price 6/1 – Michael Smith 8/1 – Rob Cross 11/1 – Nathan Aspinall 25/1 Peter Wright 40/1
