The second PDC World Series of Darts tournament of the year is the 2019 German Darts Masters, which takes place this week from the Lanxess Arena, in Cologne.

The action begins on Friday July 12th and concludes on Saturday July 13th when the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final all take place to reveal the 2019 German Masters champion.

Mensur Suljovic is the defending champion and he will face Maik Langendorf in the first round on Friday.

World No.1 Michael van Gerwen will face hometown favourite Martin Schindler, whilst Rob Cross has a tough opener against German No.1 and former World Youth Champion Max Hopp.

The five-time World Champion Raymond van Barneveld also has a tough first-round tie in his final World Series event against the up and coming Gabriel Clemens.
