The BetVictor Masters 2019 takes place from Friday Feb 01 to Sunday Feb 03 at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes.

The tournament sees the top 16 players in the World rankings battle it out for the title of Masters Champion 2019 and the first silverware of the new PDC season.
It promises to be a fantastic tournament and is live on ITV4.

World Number 1 Michael van Gerwen will be many people’s favourite to claim the title for the fifth successive year.

Gary Anderson has been undergoing treatment on his back injury since he lost in the World Championship semi-finals to Michael van Gerwen last month and has withdrawn from this tournament on medical advice.

He said “I’m really sorry to the fans that I won’t be there this weekend but it’s a long year and I want to make sure I’m out of action for as little time possible”.

Gary Anderson will be replaced by Stephen Bunting, who will now play Darren Webster on Friday evening.

Here are my predictions for the Semi-Final matches.

Sunday February 03

Semi-Finals:

(7:15pm) Michael van Gerwen v Dave Chisnall (Prediction – Dave Chisnall +5.5 Legs)

(8:15pm) James Wade v Peter Wright (Prediction – Peter Wright -1.5 Legs)
