Short slate of games with American Thanksgiving, but here are the best of those left after the holiday.
A major surprise this year is the Cleveland Browns playing respectable football. Their defense is above-average and they run the ball well. This will work against a Cincy Bengals defense setting records for ineptitude. Take Cleveland and the 3 points.
San Francisco and Tampa Bay will not get a smell of the playoffs but will play an entertaining match. Both move the ball well and won’t break a sweat on defense. Look for the Tampa Bay Bucs to win and cover the 3.5 points.
New England Patriots versus the New York Jets – I really can’t see this one being much of a contest. The Patriots need to lock up home field for the playoffs and as for the Jets – let’s just say they’re happy there is no relegation in American football.
OVERS and UNDERS
Jacksonville and Buffalo play as if scoring points is something they could live without.
This match features two strong defenses and two weak offenses – you have to look for this to be UNDER 37 points.
The other pick is two decent offenses paired with two horrible defenses – as already mentioned, San Francisco and Tampa Bay will provide lots of scoring, I’m betting OVER the 54 points listed.
Nothing will match the thriller last week between KC and LA Rams – hopefully everyone took advantage of the OVER predicted here.
This week we give a lean to the Houston Texans -6 over the Nashville Titans as Houston have struggled but found a way to win seven straight weeks and a slight lean towards the UNDER of 41.
